摘要
为满足超大城市轨道交通车站大客流快速安全疏散的需求,文章以车站周边地面公交、出租车、网约车、共享单车等多模式交通运力资源为研究对象,构建城市轨道交通车站地面交通运力资源评估技术框架体系,创新科学量化评估车站周边多模式交通运力资源配置现状能力的分析方法。同时以徐家汇站、人民广场站、世纪大道站为实例,开发城市轨道交通车站地面多模式交通运力资源评估系统。该研究从数据分析方法、评估模式创新、数字底座构建、信息系统落地等方面入手,搭建并示范应用智慧化、精细化、数字化模板。其目的在于厘清城市轨道交通车站与周边多模式交通的协同联动现状,掌握大客流进出车站的动态与出行规律,查找地面多模式运力资源运行与衔接中的短板弱项,提升车站大客流地面交通疏解能力。
To meet the demand for rapid and safe evacuation of large passenger flows at rail transit stations in megacities,this article takes multi-modal ground transportation capacity around stations,including buses,taxis,ride-hailing services and shared bicycles,as the research object.It constructs a multi-dimensional technical framework for assessing ground transportation capacity resources at urban rail transit stations and innovates analytical methods for scientifically and quantitatively evaluating the current capacity of multimodal transportation capacity resource allocation around stations.At the same time,taking Xujiahui station,People's Square station and Century Avenue station as examples,an assessment system for ground multi-modal transportation capacity at urban rail transit stations is developed.This research,starting from data analysis methods,assessment model innovation,digital infrastructure construction and information system implementation,establishes and demonstrates the application of an intelligent,refined,and digital template.The aim is to clarify the current status of cooperative linkage between rail transit stations and surrounding multi-modal transportation,grasp the dynamics and travel patterns of large passenger flows entering and exiting stations,identify shortcomings in the operation and connection of ground multi-modal transportation capacity resource,and enhance the ground transportation dispersal capacity for large passenger flows at rail transit stations.
