摘要
目的探讨分析中医循证护理在股骨头坏死患者中的应用效果。方法筛选本院2023年1—12月的股骨头坏死患者30例,随机分为对照组、观察组,给予对照组普通护理、观察组中医循证护理,分析患者情况。结果观察组的并发症发生率更低,生活质量评分、护理评分、护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论中医循证护理可以改善患者术后状态,提升其治疗、恢复的效果及安全性,减少并发症的发生,使患者早日恢复身体正常功能,生活质量得到提升,同时能够提高患者对于中医循证护理的评分以及满意度。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine evidence-based nursing in patients with femoral head necrosis.Methods A total of 30 patients with femoral head necrosis admitted to our hospital were randomly selected.The patients were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.They were divided into two groups of 15 patients per group using a random drawing method.The groups were randomly assigned as a control group and an observation group.In the study,the control group received general care,while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine evidence-based treatment.The personal physical conditions of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score,nursing score,and nursing satisfaction were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),Indicating significance.Conclusion The application and implementation of traditional Chinese medicine evidence-based nursing in patients with femoral head necrosis can effectively improve the postoperative status of patients,enhance the effectiveness and safety of treatment and recovery,reduce the occurrence of related complications,improve the quality of patient recovery,enable them to recover their normal body functions as soon as possible,promote the improvement of quality of life,improve the physical and mental status of patients,and increase their rating and satisfaction with traditional Chinese medicine evidence-based nursing,achieving good results.
