为构建高效、精准的分子生物学检测技术体系,本文系统分析了核酸扩增、基因测序、分子标记、生物芯片等核心技术的集成构建机制,深入探讨了不同食品基质环境下的适应性策略选择与产业链全程监控的技术部署模式,重点研究了人工智能算法融合、便携式设备开发、区块链数据溯源等前沿技术发展路径。
To establish an efficient and precise molecular biology detection technology system,this article systematically analyzes the integrated construction mechanism of core technologies such as nucleic acid amplification,gene sequencing,molecular markers,and biochips.It deeply explores the adaptive strategy selection in different food matrix environments and the technical deployment model for whole-process monitoring in the industrial chain.It focuses on the research of frontier technology development paths,including the integration of artificial intelligence algorithms,the development of portable devices,and blockchain data traceability.
