摘要
针对水泥搅拌桩施工过程中存在的质量管控问题,以许昌绕城高速公路为依托,在水泥搅拌桩施工过程中引入全过程自动化管控技术,实现水泥搅拌桩施工质量的全过程自动化管控。研究结果表明:该技术可实现对隐蔽的关键质量控制点的全过程自动化管控,成桩质量高;自动精准计算水泥浆用量,保证喷浆均匀,节约水泥用量;有效减轻工人劳动强度,节省人工成本;减少对周边环境的影响,施工现场规整,符合绿色施工、节能环保的要求。研究成果可为类似工程施工提供一定的借鉴和参考。
In response to the quality control issues in the construction process of cement mixing piles,based on the Xuchang Ring Expressway,full process automation control technology was introduced in the construction process of cement mixing piles to achieve full process automation control of the construction quality of cement mixing piles.The research results indicate that this technology can achieve full process automation control of hidden key quality control points,resulting in high pile quality;The amount of cement slurry is automatically and accurately calculated,ensuring even spraying and saving cement usage;The labor intensity of workers and save labor costs are effectively reduced;The impact on the surrounding environment is reduced,keeping the construction site organized,and meeting the requirements of green construction,energy conservation,and environmental protection.The research results can provide certain reference for similar engineering construction.
