江西地区减水剂评价与研究

Evaluation and Research of Water Reducing Agents in Jiangxi Region

摘要 本文研究了江西地区不同聚羧酸减水剂(减水型母液、保坍型母液)的匀质性及混凝土性能。研究结果表明:聚羧酸系母液固含朝着高固含发展,南昌、赣州地区减水剂母液固含在50%左右,上饶地区减水率较低,其他地区减水性能相当,且部分地区减水型母液具备一定的缓释效果,如南昌、宜春、九江及抚州地区,其他江西地区减水型母液不具备缓释效果或效果较弱,综合性能九江地区PCE-5减水型母液性能最佳。保坍型母液初始不具备减水效果,在碱性条件下缓慢水解在一段时间内释放羧基等亲水基官能团以阻止水泥颗粒的聚集,各地区保坍性能不同,其中以萍乡地区HPCE-4最佳,但其泌水率较高,综合性能抚州地区保坍型母液HPCE-8最佳。 This article studies the homogeneity and concrete properties of different polycarboxylate superplasti‐cizers(water reducing mother liquor,slump retaining mother liquor)in Jiangxi region.The research results indi‐cate that the solid content of polycarboxylate based mother liquor is developing towards high solid content.The solid content of water reducing agent mother liquor in Nanchang and Ganzhou areas is around 50%,while the water re‐duction rate in Shangrao area is relatively low.The water reduction performance is comparable in other areas,and some areas have a certain slow-release effect of water reducing mother liquor,such as Nanchang,Yichun,Jiujiang and Fuzhou areas.The water reducing mother liquor in other Jiangxi areas does not have a slow-release effect or the effect is weak.The comprehensive performance of PCE-5 water reducing mother liquor in Jiujiang area is the best.The initial anti-collapse mother liquor does not have a water reducing effect,and slowly hydrolyzes under alkaline conditions to release hydrophilic functional groups such as carboxyl groups for a period of time to prevent the ag‐gregation of cement particles.The anti-collapse performance varies in different regions,among which HPCE-4 in Pingxiang region is the best,but its bleeding rate is higher.The comprehensive performance of HPCE-8 anti-collapse mother liquor in Fuzhou region is the best.
