摘要
为合理确定采空区覆岩稳定时间和临近其他采掘活动时机,利用CDEM数值模拟软件和现场矿压观测,对薄煤层回采工作面的矿压显现和覆岩运动规律进行分析。数值模拟结果表明,通过分析推进距离与测点数据的变化规律确定开采煤层的覆岩稳定距离,应力、应变结果显示,在工作面推进75 m后采空区覆岩垮落基本稳定;结合巷道表面位移、顶板离层及锚索受力的监测数据,可以明晰采空区后方留巷的变形和压力变化情况,监测数据显示,在采空区后方100 m范围内上方覆岩活动和应力变化基本稳定。综合数值模拟结果和现场监测数据,薄煤层采空区覆岩从垮落到运动稳定的时间较短,采场附近的其他采掘活动应尽量避开采空区后方的不稳定空间范围,研究结果可为类似薄煤层采场覆岩稳定时机和空间的确定提供指导。
To reasonably determine the stability time of overburden in the goaf and the timing of nearby mining activities,CDEM numerical simulation software and field mine pressure monitoring were used to analyze the mine pressure behavior and overburden movement in a thin coal seam working face.Numerical simulation results indicate that the overburden stability distance of the mined coal seam can be determined by analyzing the variation pattern of advancing distance and monitoring data.Stress and strain results show the overburden in the goaf becomes stable after the working face advances 75 m.Combined with monitoring data of roadway surface displacement,roof separation,and anchor cable stress,the deformation and pressure changes in the reserved roadway behind the goaf can be clarified.Monitoring data indicate that overburden activity and stress variation stabilize within 100 m behind the goaf.Based on numerical simulation and field monitoring data,the overburden in thin coal seam goafs transitions from collapse to stability in a short time.Other mining activities near the stope should avoid the unstable spatial range behind the goaf.The research results provide guidance for determining the timing and spatial extent of overburden stability in similar thin coal seam stopes.
