摘要
本文以某住宅小区建筑工程举例,分析建筑工程施工中常见的风险问题以及风险管理中存在的问题,在明确施工安全管理内容的基础上,提出促进风险识别的优化、提高施工人员的综合素质、加强现场安全监管与监控等对策。研究分析可知,通过完善风险管理,施工安全系数有明显提高,施工人员能够自觉佩戴安全设置、严格按照流程操作,保障了施工安全。
Taking a residential building project as a case study,this paper analyzes common construction risks and the shortcomings of existing risk-management practices.After clarifying the scope of construction safety management,countermeasures are proposed to optimize risk identification,enhance the comprehensive competence of construction personnel,and strengthen on-site safety supervision and monitoring.The study shows that improved risk management significantly raises the construction safety factor:workers consciously wear personal protective equipment and strictly follow operating procedures,thereby ensuring construction safety.
