摘要
为探索聚乳酸(PLA)包装与1-MCP/SO_(2)保鲜纸结合处理对葡萄常温保鲜效果,以纸袋包装为对照,研究PE包装、PLA包装,以及结合1-MCP/SO_(2)保鲜纸处理的PE'包装和PLA'包装,在常温26℃下贮藏12 d,测定了坏果率、失重率、果梗褐变指数、抗坏血酸(维C)、丙二醛(MDA)含量等指标。结果表明,葡萄常温贮藏主要问题为失水萎蔫和发霉腐烂;PLA包装可显著降低坏果率、失重率,延缓MDA含量的上升,保持较高的维C含量,虽然在保水方面不及PE包装,但无霉菌蔓延风险;结合保鲜纸可进一步提高保鲜效果,延缓衰老,抑制霉变腐烂。PLA包装结合1-MCP/SO_(2)保鲜纸处理可有效延长葡萄常温贮藏期。
To explore the effect of polylactic acid(PLA)packaging combined with 1-MCP/SO_(2)pad on the fresh-keeping of grapes at room temperature,paper packaging was used as a control,PE packaging,PLA packaging,PE'packaging combined with 1-MCP/SO_(2)pad and PLA'packaging were studied.The bad fruit rate,weight loss rate,fruit stem browning index,Vitamin C(VC)content and malondialdehyde(MDA)content were determined during storage at room temperature of 26℃.The results showed that the main problems of grape storaged at room temperature were dehydration wilting and mildew and rot.PLA packaging could significantly reduce the rate of fruit spoilage and weight loss,delay the rise of MDA content,and maintain a higher VC content.Although it was not as good as PE packaging in water retention,it did not have the risk of mold spreading.Combined with preservation paper could further improve the fresh-keeping effect,delay aging,inhibit mildew rot.PLA packaging combined with 1-MCP/SO_(2)pad could effectively prolong storage period of grape at room temperature.
