摘要
阅读推广是县级公共图书馆的重要职能,也是服务难点,关系到基层阅读推广全覆盖与均等化的实现。文章以百强县之首昆山为案例,通过对昆山基层阅读推广实践的分析,探讨在中国式现代化背景下,县级公共图书馆将优质阅读资源直达基层的路径和运行机制。研究发现,县级公共图书馆可以通过构建保障机制、联动机制和造血机制,不断将优质阅读资源直接输送至基层,以更高水平满足基层群众的精神文化需求,从而推动公共文化服务的均等化和高质量发展。
Reading promotion is a key function of county-level public libraries,and also a major service challenge.It is closely related to the realization of full coverage and equal access to reading services at the grassroots level.This paper takes Kunshan,a leading county in China,as a case study.Through an analysis of its local reading promotion practices,it explores the pathways and operational mechanisms by which county-level public libraries deliver high-quality reading resources directly to the grassroots under the background of Chinese-style modernization.The study finds that county-level public libraries can continuously bring quality reading resources to grassroots communities by building support mechanisms,coordination mechanisms,and self-sustaining mechanisms.This helps better meet the spiritual and cultural needs of grassroots populations and promotes the equalization and high-quality development of public cultural services.
