弯曲载荷下钻铤接头强度分析与优化设计

摘要 为解决钻铤螺纹接头在弯曲载荷下的失效问题,通过有限元仿真与试验测试相结合的方法,研究螺纹接头公扣和母扣弯曲强度比及减应力槽对其弯曲应力的影响。研究结果表明,与无减应力槽且弯曲强度比为1.73的结构相比,带减应力槽且弯曲强度比为2.15的结构使钻铤接头处应力下降了56.18%。增大钻铤母扣外径比和增大公扣流道内径对改善应力的效果更好,同时,减应力槽也有效改善了螺纹接头处的应力。研究成果可为钻铤接头在弯曲载荷下的强度分析与优化设计提供理论依据和技术支持。 To address the failure problem of drill collar thread joints under bending loads,the influence of the bending strength ratio of the male and female threads and the stress relief groove on the bending stress was studied by combining finite element simulation and experimental testing.The research results show that,compared with the structure without a stress relief groove and a bending strength ratio of 1.73,the structure with a stress relief groove and a bending strength ratio of 2.15 reduces the stress at the drill collar joint by 56.18%.Increasing the outer diameter of the female thread of the drill collar is more effective in improving the stress than increasing the inner diameter of the male thread flow channel,and the stress relief groove can also effectively improve the stress at the thread joint.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the strength analysis and optimization design of drill collar joints under bending loads.
