摘要
目的 探讨共情护理对老年糖尿病患者情绪状态、应对方式及精神状况的影响。方法 将80例老年糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。两组患者均接受常规药物治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予共情护理。两组患者均干预6个月。干预前后,比较两组患者医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)、老年精神评定量表(PAS)评分。结果 干预后,两组患者HADS各维度评分、SCSQ消极应对维度评分较干预前降低,研究组患者PAS各分量表评分较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后,两组患者SCSQ积极应对维度评分较干预前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 在老年糖尿病患者护理中融入共情护理,可有效改善其情绪状态、促进积极应对方式,并提升整体精神状况。
Objective To explore the effect of empathetic nursing on the emotional state,coping style and mental status of elderly patients diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods Eighty elderly DM patients were divided into control and research group according to random number table method,with 40 ones in each.Both groups received conventional drug treatment,controls did routine nursing,and research group did empathetic nursing on the basis of controls for 6 months.Before and after intervention the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)and Psychogeriatric Assessment Scales(PAS)scores were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,all HADS dimensions,SCSQ negative coping scores lowered in both groups,all PAS subscales scores lowered in research group compared with preintervention and those were lower in research than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).After intervention,SCSQ positive coping scores elevated in both groups compared with preintervention and that was higher in research than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Empathetic nursing integrated into the care of elderly DM patients can effectively improve their emotional states,promote positive coping style,and enhance overall mental status.
