摘要
面对飞行器铝合金整体壁板轻量化结构制造难题,基于提出的整体壁板搅拌摩擦焊接/超塑成形复合制造工艺,针对搅拌摩擦焊接工艺步骤,研究了焊接速度、搅拌头转速对2195铝锂合金薄板搭接搅拌摩擦焊接头力学性能、宏观形貌及微观组织的影响规律及机理。结果表明:焊接过程中不同焊接速度与搅拌头转速匹配引起的热输入差异影响了界面有效搭接宽度,最终影响接头力学性能。另外,不同的工艺参数组合会影响接头界面缺陷的形成,其中Hook缺陷高度主要与刀具和前进侧材料相对运动速度有关,相对运动速度越大,Hook缺陷高度越高。当转速为1200 r/min、焊接速度为100 mm/min时,接头有效搭接宽度最大且具有较好的力学性能,其最大断裂载荷为3.41 kN,抗拉强度为363 MPa,达到母材性能的75%。
In the face of the challenge of manufacturing lightweight structures for aircraft,a composite manufacturing process of integral wall panels using friction stir welding/superplastic forming was proposed.The experimental research on the mechanical properties,macroscopic morphology and microstructure of 2195 alumi-num lithium alloy thin plate lap friction stir welding joints under different process parameters was conducted.The results show that different process parameters have different heat inputs during the welding process.The complex thermal mechanical effect affects the effective overlap width of the interface and ultimately affects the mechanical properties of the joint.Different combinations of process parameters can affect the formation of interface defects,among which the height of Hook defects is mainly related to the relative motion speed of the tool and advancing side material.The higher the relative motion speed,the higher the height of Hook defects,and the effect of defects on the mechanical properties of the joint is not significant.When the rotational speed is 1200 r/min and the welding speed is 100 mm/min,the effective lap width of the joint is maximum and it has the best mechanical properties.Its maximum fracture load is 3.41 kN,and the tensile strength is 363 MPa,reaching 75% of the base material performance.
