减振式梯形轨枕无砟轨道空吊整治技术

Treatment Technology for Empty Suspension of Ballastless Track with Vibration Damping Trapezoidal Sleeper

摘要 为了减小梯形轨枕减振垫板空吊对轨道结构的影响,提高梯形轨枕轨道的运营安全和使用寿命,对减振垫板空吊病害的形成原因进行分析,现场测试了空吊位置道床垂向动位移和道床应力,提出合理有效的整治技术,并进行现场验证。结果表明:梯形轨枕减振垫板空吊病害形成的主要原因是混凝土材料性能调配不当、混凝土底座浇筑施工不规范,以及长期受列车荷载及振动影响;整治后,空吊位置道床垂向动位移由1.89 mm减小到0.50 mm;道床拉应力由1.76 MPa减小到0.45 MPa,道床垂向振动加速度由36 m/s2减小到30 m/s2;选用低黏度快固化聚氨酯填充材料,采用清理空吊区域→密封空吊区域→钻注浆孔、埋注浆管和排气管→空吊区域注浆填充的整治技术,对梯形轨枕减振垫板空吊的整治效果良好。 In order to reduce the impact of the empty suspension of damping pads on the track structure with trapezoidal sleeper vibration,improve the operational safety and service life of trapezoidal sleeper tracks,the causes of the formation of vibration damping pad empty suspension diseases were analyzed.The vertical dynamic displacement and stress of the ballast bed at the empty suspension position were tested on site,and reasonable and effective treatment techniques were proposed and verified on site.The results indicate that the main reasons for the formation of empty suspension diseases in trapezoidal sleeper vibration damping pads are improper mixing of concrete material properties,non-standard pouring construction of concrete bases,and long-term effects of train loads and vibrations.After rectification,the vertical displacement of the ballast bed in empty suspension position decreased from 1.89 mm to 0.50 mm.the tensile stress of the ballast bed decreased from 1.76 MPa to 0.45 MPa,and the vertical vibration acceleration of the track bed decreased from 36 m/s2 to 30 m/s2.The low viscosity fast curing polyurethane filling material was selected,and the treatment measures of cleaning the empty suspension area+sealing the empty suspension area+drilling grouting holes,burying grouting pipes and exhaust pipes+grouting filling in the empty suspension area were adopted.The treatment effect on the empty suspension of vibration damping pad for trapezoidal rail sleeper is good.
