基于车载视觉系统的无缝线路钢轨位移测量关键技术

Key Technologies for Continuous Welded Rail Displacement Measurement Based on In⁃vehicle Vision System

摘要 为利用车载视觉系统快速检测无缝线路钢轨位移,本文研究了图像成像方式、不共视场相机全局标定、图像快速处理等关键技术,并利用轨道小车开展试验验证。通过对比三种成像方式,发现二维成像方式无法满足无缝线路钢轨位移测量需求,应优先选择双目相机作为车载视觉系统。基于摄影测量技术的全局标定方法可准确获得3组不共视场双目相机的标定参数,从而将3组双目相机坐标系转换为全局坐标系。通过Canny边缘检测和亚像素边缘提取方法,可以准确获得圆形标志点亚像素级边缘,精准确定标志点中心坐标。轨道小车试验结果表明,采用本文方法得到的钢轨位移测量误差最大值为0.49 mm,满足无缝线路养护维修需求。 Based on the in-vehicle vision system,this paper studied key technologies such as imaging method,global calibration of non-overlapping field-of-view cameras,and fast image processing for rapid detection of continuous welded rail displacement.Experimental verification was conducted using a track car.By comparing three imaging methods,it was found that the two-dimensional imaging method cannot meet the requirements of continuous welded rail displacement measurement,and binocular cameras should be prioritized as the in-vehicle vision system.The global calibration method based on photogrammetry technology can accurately obtain the calibration parameters of three sets of binocular cameras with non-overlapping field-of-view,and convert the coordinate system of the three sets of binocular cameras into a global coordinate system.By using Canny edge detection and sub-pixel edge extraction methods,subpixel level edges of circular landmark points can be accurately obtained,and the center coordinates of the landmark points can be accurately determined.The test results of the track car show that the maximum measurement error of rail displacement obtained by the method in this paper is 0.49 mm,which meets the maintenance and repair needs of continuous welded rail.
