摘要
针对一座铁路上承式钢板梁出现的横向振幅超限问题,开展了桥梁动静载试验及专项检测分析。结果表明:梁端支座横向约束失效,导致列车荷载作用下梁端横向振幅异常,并与跨中横向振幅叠加,引起跨中横向振幅测试结果明显超过铁运函〔2004〕120号《铁路桥梁检定规范》通常值;将跨中与梁端横向振幅时域曲线做减法修正后,梁体跨中横向振幅最大值从超出通常值23%下降至8%,修正后的跨中横向振幅,除个别值略大于通常值外,总体上满足运营安全要求;据此对上承式钢板梁既有支座病害成因进行分析,为提升桥梁运维安全提供参考。
Regarding excessive transverse amplitude observed in a deck-type steel plate girder railway bridge,dynamic and static bridge tests along with specialized inspections were conducted.The analysis revealed that the failure of lateral restraint at the beam-end bearings led to abnormal lateral vibration at the beam ends under train loads.This vibration compounded with mid-span transverse amplitude,resulting in measured mid-span lateral amplitudes significantly exceeding the general value specified in the Railway Bridge Inspection Code.After performing subtraction correction on the time-domain curves of mid-span and beam-end transverse amplitudes,the maximum corrected mid-span lateral amplitude decreased from 23%above the general value to 8%above.The corrected mid-span transverse vibration generally met operational safety requirements,with only isolated readings slightly exceeding the general value.Based on these findings,the causes of existing bearing defects in the deck-type steel plate girder were analyzed,which could provide preference for bridge maintenance.
