摘要
聚合物材料在日用消费品中应用广泛,为满足装饰性需求,采用物理气相沉积(PVD)技术对其进行表面金属化是一种兼具环保与较高性价比的方式。然而,聚合物表面PVD镀层存在结合力差、色彩调控困难等问题。本文综述了PVD技术在聚合物表面装饰镀层中的研究进展,重点探讨了增强镀层结合力的方法及镀层色彩、质感的调控策略。磁控溅射及其改进工艺是聚合物表面镀层制备的常用方法;通过对基材进行表面活化、表面粗化、中间层制备等方式,可显著提高镀层结合力;调整靶材金属、沉积气氛及工艺参数,可制备不同色彩与质感的镀层。然而,镀层色彩形成机理、特定颜色与装饰效果的制备工艺仍有待深入研究。本综述为聚合物产品表面装饰的理论研究与工程实践提供了参考。
Polymer materials are widely used in daily consumer products.To meet decorative demands,metallizing their surfaces using physical vapor deposition(PVD)technology is an environmentally friendly and cost-effective method.However,PVD coatings on polymer surfaces often face issues such as poor adhesion and difficulty in color control.This paper focuses on the application of PVD technology in decorative coatings on polymer surfaces,reviewing methods to enhance coating adhesion and strategies to improve decorative effects such as color and texture.It has been found that magnetron sputtering and its improved processes are commonly used methods for preparing polymer surface coatings.Coating adhesion can be significantly improved through techniques such as surface activation,surface roughening,and the use of intermediate layers.Adjusting the target metal,controlling the deposition atmosphere,and optimizing process conditions,different colors and textures of coatings can be prepared.However,the mechanisms of color formation and the preparation processes for specific decorative effects still require further study.This review provides a reference for both theoretical research and engineering practice in the surface decoration of polymer products.
