摘要
双馈风力发电机作为风电领域的核心技术之一,被广泛应用于现代风电场。探讨了风电场双馈风力发电机在运行过程中出现的异常振动故障及其排除措施。首先,结合机械结构、电气系统和控制系统的特点,分析了各类故障引起振动的根本原因。其次,重点讨论了振动源的识别与诊断技术,为解决振动故障研究提出了减振技术、关键部件的状态监测与维护、风电机组控制系统的优化策略等多种排除措施。最后,总结了当前风电机组振动故障排除的现状,从理论和实践上,为风电场的稳定运行与故障预防提供借鉴。
As one of the core technologies in the wind power sector,the doubly-fed wind turbines are widely uti-lized in modern wind farms.This study investigates abnormal vibration faults occurring during operation of doubly-fed wind turbines in wind farms and their troubleshooting measures.Firstly,based on the characteristics of mechani-cal structures,electrical systems,and control systems,the study analyzes the fundamental causes of various faults lead-ing to vibration.Secondly,the article focuses on vibration source identification and diagnostic techniques,propos-ing various elimination measures,including vibration reduction technologies,status monitoring and maintenance of critical components,and optimization strategies for wind turbine control systems to solve vibration fault research.Fi-nally,the study summarizes the current status of troubleshooting vibration fault mitigation in wind turbines,provid-ing both theoretical and practical support for the stable operation of wind farms and fault prevention.
