摘要
文章针对新型装配式智慧住宅楼盖的竖向振动舒适度问题,采用有限元分析与人致振动响应试验对其开展研究。新型装配式智慧住宅楼盖采用轻质材料,结构自振频率较低,宜以均方根加速度评估长期舒适度,更能衡量结构整体振动强度。自振频率与人致荷载下振动均方根加速度均满足人致振动舒适度要求,为同类结构设计提供参考。
This study investigates the vertical vibration comfort of floor slab in a new prefabricated smart residential buildings using finite element analysis and human-induced vibration response tests.The new prefabricated smart residential floor system employs lightweight materials,resulting in a lower natural frequency of the structure.Therefore,the root mean square(RMS)acceleration is more suitable for evaluating long-term comfort,as it better reflects the overall vibration intensity of the structure.Both the natural frequency and the RMS acceleration under human-induced loads meet the requirements for human-induced vibration comfort,providing a reference for the design of similar structures.
