摘要
针对液膜润滑螺旋槽机械密封端面流动损失定量分析问题,采用熵产损失诊断方法,开展螺旋槽机械密封槽型结构优化与三维湍流流场诊断分析;分析不同槽型结构下各类型熵产定量损失,计算密封在不同转速与槽深下泄漏率、开启力与熵产损失,获取各类型熵产损失占比随转速与槽深变化规律。研究结果表明:螺旋槽最优参数为螺旋角20°、槽堰比0.42、槽坝比0.63、槽深13μm,优化后的密封端面动压开启能力大,流动熵产损失小;密封湍流与脉动熵产总占比超过40%,在高转速工况下湍流流动损失不可忽略;密封泄漏率与开启力随转速与槽深的增加线性增大,熵产损失随转速呈抛物线形增大,随槽深变化较小;随转速增大,直接熵产损失占比先增大后减小,脉动与湍流熵产损失占比单调递增,壁面熵产损失占比单调递减。
To address the quantitative analysis of flow losses in liquid film lubricated spiral groove mechanical seals,an entropy generation loss diagnosis method was employed to optimize the groove structure and conduct a three-dimensional turbulent flow field diagnosis.The quantitative entropy generation losses under different groove configurations were analyzed,the leakage rate,opening force,and entropy generation losses at various speeds and groove depths were calculated,and the variation law of different entropy generation loss proportions with respect to speed and groove depth were obtained.The results indicate that the optimal parameters for the spiral groove are a spiral angle of 20°,a groove-ridge ratio of 0.42,a groove-dam ratio of 0.63,and a groove depth of 13μm.The optimized seal face exhibits strong dynamic opening capability and minimal flow entropy generation losses.Turbulent and pulsating entropy generation losses account for over 40%,and turbulent flow losses cannot be ignored under high-speed operating conditions.The leakage rate and opening force increase linearly with speed and groove depth,while entropy generation losses increase in a parabolic manner with speed and show little variation with groove depth.As speed increases,the proportion of direct entropy generation losses first increases and then decreases,while pulsating and turbulent entropy generation loss proportions monotonically increase,and wall entropy generation loss proportions monotonically decrease.
