高效氯氟氰菊酯引起桑蚕农药中毒的溯源研究

Traceability Study on Pesticide Poisoning Caused by Lambda-Cyhalothrin in Silkworms

摘要 根据广西壮族自治区百色市凌云县玉洪乡发生的大批量家蚕中毒死亡事件,为科学追溯中毒原因,研究团队进行了实地调查。调查发现,中毒蚕区周边的八角林曾采用飞机大规模喷洒农药,所用农药中含高效氯氟氰菊酯成分。研究团队通过改良常规农药检测技术,对中毒家蚕、桑叶及八角树叶进行了采样检测。检测结果显示,样品中高效氯氟氰菊酯残留浓度分别为:家蚕0.002 mg/kg、桑叶0.003 mg/kg、八角树叶0.008 mg/kg。其中,桑叶中的农药浓度已超过家蚕最低中毒浓度(0.0001 mg/kg)。通过对家蚕进行添毒试验发现,当家蚕食用含高效氯氟氰菊酯的桑叶后,会出现拒食、吐水、向外爬行、身体卷曲呈C型或S型等症状,最终死亡。这些症状与中毒蚕区的家蚕表现完全一致。由此判定,此次家蚕农药中毒事件是由于八角树飞机喷洒时,高效氯氟氰菊酯农药漂移至附近桑树,造成桑叶污染,继而导致家蚕农药中毒。 Based on the occurrence of a large number of silkworm poisoning deaths in Yuhong township,Lingyun county,Baise city,Guangxi Province.In order to scientifically trace the phenomenon of silkworm poisoning,it was found that the star anise trees on the mountains around the poisoned silkworm area were using airplanes to spray pesticides on a large scale after on-site visits,the pesticide used contains highly lambda-cyhalothrin.By improving the conventional pesticide detection method,samples were taken from poisoned silkworms,mulberry leaves,and star anise leaves for pesticide residue detection.The results showed that the concentrations of high-efficiency cyhalothrin in the samples were 0.002 mg/kg,0.003 mg/kg,and 0.008 mg/kg,respectively.The concentration of lambda-cyhalothrin in mulberry leaves is higher than the minimum toxic concentration for silkworms(0.0001 mg/kg).Through poisoning experiments on silkworms,it was found that after feeding on mulberry leaves containing lambda-cyhalothrin,silkworms exhibited symptoms such as refusal to eat,spitting out water,crawling outwards,curling their bodies into C or S shapes,and gradually dying,which were completely consistent with the symptoms exhibited by silkworms in the poisoned area.The determination of the silkworm pesticide poisoning situation in this area is that the large-scale spraying of lambda-cyhalothrin on star anise trees around the mulberry orchard caused pesticide drift and pollution of nearby mulberry trees,leading to silkworm pesticide poisoning.
