锰含量对Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金搅拌摩擦焊接头组织及拉伸性能的影响

Effect of Mn Content on Microstructure and Tensile Properties of Friction Stir Welded Joints of Al-Mg-Si-Cu Alloy

摘要 对不同锰含量(0,0.1%,0.4%,0.7%,质量分数)Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金板(510℃固溶+195℃时效处理)进行搅拌摩擦焊接试验,研究了锰含量对接头显微组织及拉伸性能的影响。结果表明:不同锰含量接头焊核区经历连续动态再结晶与几何动态再结晶的共同作用,形成大量细小再结晶晶粒,锯齿状晶粒被拉长分割;随锰含量增加,焊核区平均晶粒尺寸先增大后减小,接头中的析出相数量增加,当锰质量分数为0.7%时,析出相发生粗化。不同锰含量接头焊核区形成A/A和C型剪切织构。随锰含量增加,接头的抗拉强度先升高后下降,断后伸长率先降低后升高,当锰质量分数为0.4%时,接头的抗拉强度最高,断后伸长率最小。含锰合金接头断口存在密集韧窝,断裂形式为韧性断裂;随锰含量增加,韧窝尺寸增大。 Friction stir welding tests were carried out on Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloys with different Mn content(0,0.1%,0.4%,0.7%,mass fraction);the alloys were treated by solution at 510℃and aging at 195℃.The effect of Mn content on microstructure and tensile properties of the joints were studied.The results show that the nugget zone of the joint with different Mn content underwent the combined effect of continuous dynamic recrystallization and geometric dynamic recrystallization,forming a large number of fine recrystallized grains,and the serrated grains were elongated and divided.With the increase of Mn content,the average grain size in nugget zone increased and then decreased,and the number of precipitates in the joint increased.When the mass fraction of Mn was 0.7%,precipitates coarsened.A/A and C-type shear textures were formed in the nugget zone of joint with different Mn content.The tensile strength of the joint increased first and then decreased with the increase of Mn content,and the elongation after fracture decreased first and then increased.When Mn mass fraction was 0.4%,the tensile strength of the joint was the highest and the elongation after fracture was the smallest.There were dense dimples in the fracture of the joint with Mn,and the fracture mode was ductile fracture.With the increase of Mn content,the size of dimples increased.
