摘要
封闭式负压引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术是一种有效的治疗感染创面的方法,封闭固定的难点主要在于颌面颈部、头顶部、手足部、会阴部、肛周部等特殊部位创面,正确实施该技术可以有效地减少创面感染和促进创面愈合,提高VSD临床疗效,减少并发症的发生率。现就VSD在特殊部位创面中封闭固定方法作一综述。
Closed negative pressure drainage technology is an effective method for treating infected wounds.The difficulty of closed fixation mainly lies in special areas,such as the maxillofacial and cervical regions,the top of the head,hands and feet,the perineum,the perianal region,and external fixation bracket wounds.Proper implementation of this technology can effectively reduce wound infection and promote wound healing,improve the clinical efficacy of VSD,and reduce the incidence of complications.This article provides a review of closed negative pressure drainage technology for sealing and fixing wounds in specific locations.
