摘要
以农大4号、农大5号和京欧1号3个欧李(Cerasus humilis)品种为试验材料,通过对荣恒和满来梁煤矿区所种植的欧李品种的植株生长特性、叶片饲用潜力及其果实酚类物质积累情况进行研究比较。结果显示:(1)在果实生长特性方面,荣恒煤矿区的环境条件对果实生长更为有利,果实横纵径为满来梁煤矿区的1.1~1.3倍,其中京欧1号果实的横径(19.78 mm)和纵径(29.45 mm)表现最为显著。(2)在果实品质方面,荣恒煤矿区欧李果实品质整体高于满来梁矿区欧李,且京欧1号果实的各酚类物质质量分数均高于其他品种,总酚、总黄酮和原花青素质量分数分别为999.35、465.34和476.98 mg·kg^(-1)。(3)在株型方面,京欧1号的欧李叶片长势表现最为突出,农大4号的欧李冠幅最大。(4)饲用价值方面,京欧1号粗蛋白质量分数高,可达16.8%~18.2%,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维分别为22.1%~23.0%和17.2%~18.2%;农大4号粗蛋白质量分数较低,为9.98%~10.8%,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维质量分数分别为13.2%~14.4%,10.0%~11.8%;农大7号性能较为均衡,粗蛋白(13.2%~15.2%)、中性洗涤纤维(15.5%~19.9%)和酸性洗涤纤维(13.2%~14.7%)质量分数介于前两者之间,相比之下京欧1号蛋白优势明显。(5)综合评价,在不同煤矿区的种植对比研究中,京欧1号品种的综合表现显著优于其他品种,京欧1号在满来梁煤矿区的平均隶属函数值达0.77,荣恒煤矿区达0.75。
Taking three varieties of Cerasus humilis(Nongda 4,Nongda 5,and Jingou 1)as experimental materials,this study compared the plant growth characteristics,leaf forage potential,and phenolic compound accumulation in fruits of C.humilis planted in Rongheng and Manlailiang coal mining areas.The results showed that:(1)In terms of fruit growth characteristics,the environmental conditions in Rongheng coal mining area were more favorable for fruit growth.The transverse and longitudinal diameters of fruits were 1.1-1.3 times those in Manlailiang coal mining area.Among them,the transverse diameter(19.78 mm)and longitudinal diameter(29.45 mm)of Jingou 1 fruits were the most significant.(2)In terms of fruit quality,the overall quality of C.humilis fruits in Rongheng coal mining area was higher than that in Manlailiang coal mining area.The mass fractions of various phenolic compounds in Jingou 1 fruits were higher than those in other varieties.The mass fractions of total phenols,total flavonoids,and proanthocyanidins were 999.35,465.34,and 476.98 mg·kg^(-1),respectively.(3)In terms of plant type,the leaf growth of Jingou 1 was the most prominent,while the crown width of Nongda 4 was the largest.(4)In terms of forage value,Jingou 1 had a high crude protein mass fraction,reaching 16.8%-18.2%.The neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were 22.1%-23.0%and 17.2%-18.2%,respectively.The crude protein mass fraction of Nongda 4 was relatively low,at 9.98%-10.8%.The mass fractions of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were 13.2%-14.4%and 10.0%-11.8%,respectively.Nongda 7 had a more balanced performance.The mass fractions of crude protein(13.2%-15.2%),neutral detergent fiber(15.5%-19.9%),and acid detergent fiber(13.2%-14.7%)were between those of the former two.In comparison,Jingou 1 had obvious protein advantages.(5)Comprehensive evaluation showed that in the comparative study of planting in different coal mining areas,the comprehensive performance of Jingou 1 was significantly better than that of other varieties.The average membership function value of Jingou 1 in Manlailiang coal mining area reached 0.77,and that in Rongheng coal mining area reached 0.75.
