摘要
综述了黑老虎果实多酚、多糖、木脂素、三萜类、脂肪酸、微量元素等功能成分、生物活性作用及机制,以期为黑老虎果实的综合利用以及高附加值产品的开发提供理论基础。
The functional components,such as polyphenols,polysaccharides,lignans,triterpenes,fatty acids,trace elements,and their bioactive effects and mechanisms of Kadsura coccinea fruit were re-viewed,so as to provide a theoretical foundation for the comprehensive utilization of Kadsura coccinea fruit and the development of high-value-added products.
