摘要
地理标志产品是一个国家或地区独特的自然生态环境和人文历史条件下形成的特色农产品,具有重要的经济价值、品牌价值及社会价值。普洱茶作为云南特有的地理标志产品,具有显著的地方性、区域性和品牌性特征。研究运用地理集中指数、最邻近指数、核密度估计、空间叠置分析和皮尔森相关分析法等定量和定性研究方法,深入探讨云南省不同地级行政区普洱茶地理标志产品保护区域的空间分布及其影响因素。研究表明,云南省普洱茶地理标志产品的保护区域在地理范围内呈集聚式分布,但空间分布不均衡,自然因素和人文因素决定了其空间分布格局。研究发现,普洱茶地理标志产品存在标准化建设水平较低、区域品牌建设重视不够、保护监管力度不强、专业人才支撑不足、茶旅融合深度不够等问题,基于此提出了完善相关标准,助力茶企品牌质量提升;加强顶层设计,健全政策保障和监管体系;强化品牌建设,深化茶旅融合高质量发展;重视人才培养,夯实产业可持续发展基础等发展对策,从而为普洱茶地理标志的保护和利用、普洱茶产业的可持续发展,以及云茶产业高质量发展助力。
Geographical indication products are the characteristic agricultural products formed under the unique natural ecological environment and cultural and historical conditions of a country or region,which have important economic,brand and social value.As a unique geographical indication product of Yunnan province,Pu'er tea has remarkable local,regional and brand characteristics.The quantitative and qualitative research methods such as the geographical concentration index,the closest index,nuclear density estimation,spatial stack analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were used to explore the spatial distribution and influencing factors of Pu'er tea geographical indication products in different prefecture-level cities in Yunnan Province.The research shows that the protection area of the geographical indication products of Pu'er tea in Yunnan Province is concentrated in the geographical range,but the spatial distribution is unbalanced,and the natural factors and human factors determine the spatial distribution pattern.The research indicates that the Pu'er tea industry requires improvements in standardization,regional branding,tea tourism integration,protection and supervision,and strengthening of quality standards to enhance brand quality and the policy guarantee and supervision systems.These improvements will facilitate the protection and utilization of Pu'er tea and promote the sustainable development of the Pu'er tea industry and the high-quality development of the cloud tea industry.
