摘要
以山西大学化学实验教学示范中心为对象,系统分析了地方高校化学实验室在设备与化学品管理中的典型问题,并结合国内外高校的先进管理经验,创新性地将全生命周期管理理念应用于实验室管理实践。通过对“设备、化学品、实验管理人员”3方面的全生命周期管理,显著提升了实验室管理水平,增强了实验安全保障。研究表明,全生命周期管理模式为地方高校实验室提供了可复制、可推广的管理范式,对我国高校实验室管理水平的提升具有重要的参考价值。
This study investigates typical issues in equipment and chemical management within local university chemistry laboratories,taking National Demonstration Center for Experimental Chemistry(Shanxi University)as a case.Drawing on advanced management practices from domestic and international institutions,the center innovatively applies a life-cycle management approach across three focal areas:equipment,chemicals,and laboratory personnel.The implementation of life cycle management has proven effective in enhancing laboratory management standards and ensuring experimental safety.This study offers a replicable and scalable model for laboratory management in local universities,providing valuable insights for advancing laboratory management practices in Chinese higher education institutions.
