摘要
针对“粤港澳大湾区对医药产业发展的迫切需求与地区应用型本科院校对应用型创新人才供给不充分”的矛盾,本文以广东药科大学中枢药物设计性实验为例,探索融合科研思维的药理学实验教学新模式。该教学采用“奥尔堡PBL(problem-based learning)+科研性项目驱动”的教学方法,基于科研思维的承载需求,构建“夯实技能基础、激发科研思维、验证融合效果”三阶递进的课程知识体系;依据科研思维的表达形态,建立综合性课程考核评价体系,促进科研思维的养成。教学效果显示,新型教学模式激发了学生的探索欲,强化了其学习主动性,有助于培养高素质应用型创新人才。
In response to the contradiction between“the urgent demand for pharmaceutical industry deve-lopment in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the insufficient supply of applied innovative talent from regional application-oriented undergraduate institutions”,this paper takes the central drug design experiment at Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example to explore a new pharmacology experiment teaching mode integrating research thinking.The teaching adopts a“Aalborg PBL(Problem-Based Learning)+research-driven project”approach,constructing a three-tier progressive curriculum knowledge system based on the need to carry research thinking,aiming to“solidify skill foundation,stimulate research thinking,and validate integration effects”.Based on the expression forms of research thinking,a comprehensive course assessment and evaluation system is established to promote the cultivation of research thinking.The teaching results show that the new teaching mode has stimulated students curiosity,enhanced their learning initiative,and is conducive to cultivating high-quality,application-oriented innovative talent.
