玉米秸秆膨化饲料关键技术及装备的研究

摘要 玉米秸秆膨化处理后,表面蜡质膜被破坏,大量纤维细胞断裂,产生熟化过程,显著改变了玉米秸秆的物理结构和化学结构,使玉米秸秆从质地坚硬的粗饲料变成了易消化吸收的优质饲料,大幅提升了玉米秸秆粗饲料的适口性和消化率。该文深入探讨玉米秸秆膨化饲料的关键技术,包括原料处理技术、膨化工艺参数优化等,并对相关装备的原理、工艺流程及关键部件进行研究,通过研究分析为玉米秸秆膨化饲料的产业化生产提供技术支持和装备参考。 After the corn stalks are subjected to extrusion treatment,the waxy film on their surface is destroyed,a large number of fiber cells are broken,and a ripening process occurs.This significantly alters the physical and chemical structure of the corn stalks,transforming them from hard,coarse feed into easily digestible and absorbable high-quality feed,greatly enhancing the palatability and digestibility of the corn stalks as roughage.This paper delves into the key technologies of corn stalk extrusion feed,including raw material processing techniques and optimization of extrusion process parameters,and studies the principles,process flows,and key components of related equipment.Through research and analysis,it provides technical support and equipment references for the industrial production of corn stalk extrusion feed.
