多不饱和脂肪酸对动物繁殖性能的影响

摘要 在动物体内,脂肪酸属于基础且关键的营养物质,广泛参与生长、繁殖与免疫调节等生命过程。多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)作为脂肪酸的重要类型之一,在提升动物的生殖性能方面显示出重要价值,通过影响激素分泌、基因调控、信号通路及免疫机制等多条路径,优化生殖器官功能、胚胎发育和妊娠表现。该文对PUFAs在动物繁殖中的研究成果与作用机制进行系统梳理,并结合种类、剂量和物种差异等因素,探讨其未来研究方向和应用前景。 Fatty acids are fundamental and essential nutrients in animals,playing critical roles in various physiological processes,including growth,reproduction,and immune regulation.Among them,polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),as an important class of fatty acids,have demonstrated significant value in enhancing reproductive performance in animals.PUFAs exert their effects through multiple pathways,such as regulating hormone secretion,gene expression,signal transduction,and immune responses,thereby improving the function of reproductive organs,embryonic development,and pregnancy outcomes.This paper provides a comprehensive review of current research on the roles and mechanisms of PUFAs in animal reproduction and explores future research directions and application prospects by considering factors such as PUFA type,dosage,and interspecies differences.
