摘要
目的:探讨虚拟现实技术(VR)联合仿真情景模拟训练在神经外科新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选择2023年6月—2024年9月西部战区总医院神经外科新入职护士43名,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(22名)、观察组(21名)。对照组采取传统带教法,观察组采取VR技术结合仿真情景模拟训练。比较两组考核成绩、批判性思维能力及教学满意度。结果:观察组理论知识成绩、实操能力成绩高于对照组(P<0.001);教学后,观察组中文版批判性思维测量表评分比对照组高(P<0.001);观察组教学满意度比对照组高(P=0.032)。结论:VR技术联合仿真情景模拟训练可提高神经外科新入职护士的应急能力、批判性思维能力、教学满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of virtual reality(VR)technology combined with simulation scenario simulation training in the training of newly recruited nurses in neurosurgery department.Methods:A total of 43 newly recruited nurses in the Department of Neurosurgery at the General Hospital of Western Theater Command from June 2023 to September 2024 were selected and divided into control group(22 nurses)and observation group(21 nurses)by random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted VR technology combined with simulation scenario simulation training.The examination scores,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).After teaching,the score of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.032).Conclusion:VR technology combined with simulation scenario simulation training can improve the emergency response ability,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of newly recruited nurses in neurosurgery department.
