摘要
目的:探讨连续细致护理模式在高危妊娠产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年1—12月于揭阳市人民医院产检的100例高危妊娠产妇作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理模式)和观察组(在对照组基础上进行连续细致护理模式),各50例。对比两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组产妇并发症、新生儿并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组一般自我效能感量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分优于对照组(P<0.001);观察组医疗服务质量、环境舒适度、健康指导、心理支持评分高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:连续细致护理模式可改善高危妊娠产妇的心理状态,减少不良妊娠结局,提高自我效能感、睡眠质量及护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the continuous meticulous nursing model in high-risk pregnancy parturients.Methods:A total of 100 high-risk pregnancy parturients who received antenatal examination in Jieyang People's Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group(conventional nursing mode)and an observation group(continuous meticulous nursing model on the basis of control group),with 50 cases in each group.Compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidences of maternal complications and neonatal complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.001).The scores of medical service quality,environmental comfort,health guidance and psychological support in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Continuous meticulous nursing model can improve the psychological state of high-risk pregnancy parturients,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improve self-efficacy,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.
