摘要
双定子超环面永磁同步电机是一种新型空间复合电机,具有低速大转矩和散热性好的特点。针对该双定子超环面永磁同步电机特殊的空间结构,分析了该电机的电感参数,并推导了含行星轮转子位置角的数学模型。由该空间电机转子的复合运动,将电机的损耗分为公转和自转运动损耗进行分析,通过损耗解析计算模型,仿真验证了该电机各部位的损耗。最后,讨论了效率的影响因素,分析了该电机的效率特性。结果表明:该电机的效率可以达到90%以上,通过调整输入电源频率和电流大小,可以有效提高电机的运行效率。
Double stator toroidal permanent magnet synchronous motor is a new type of spatial compound motor,which has the characteristics of low speed,high torque and good heat dissipation.According to the special spatial structure of the double stator toroidal permanent magnet synchronous motor,the inductance parameters of the motor were analyzed,and the mathematical model including the position Angle of the planetary wheel was derived.According to the complex motion of the rotor of the space motor,the motor loss is divided into revolution and rotation loss for analysis.Through the analytical calculation model of loss,the loss of each part of the motor is verified by simulation.Finally,the influencing factors of efficiency are discussed,and the efficiency characteristics of the motor are analyzed.The results show that the efficiency of the motor can reach more than 90%,and the operation efficiency of the motor can be effectively improved by adjusting the frequency and current of the input power.
