摘要
热轧Q345钢板在辊弯过程中边部开裂。检测了开裂钢板的硬度、弯曲性能、拉伸性能、显微组织、裂纹的微观形貌和夹杂物成分。结果表明:热轧Q345钢板边部与其他部位在组织和性能上有差异,即边部铁素体晶粒较细,珠光体呈粒状而不是片状,硬度较高,拉伸性能较好,加工硬化率较大;钢板裂纹扩展路径有少量细长MnS夹杂物。这两方面因素导致Q345钢板在辊弯过程中边部开裂。
Hot-rolled Q345 steel plate cracked at side during roll bending.The cracked plate was tested for hardness,bending property,tensile property,microstructure,microscopic morphology of crack,and composition of inclusion.The results indicated that(a)the side differed from other positions in microstructure and properties in the hot-rolled Q345 plate,that is,the side of the plate exhibited finer ferrite grains,granular pearlite rather than lamellar pearlite,higher hardness,better tensile properties,and greater work hardening rate;and(b)there was a small amount of slender MnS inclusion at the propagation path of crack.These two factors resulted in side cracking of the Q345 steel plate during roll bending.
