摘要
神经系统功能复杂而庞大,《黄帝内经》对其表述多散在于脑髓、脏腑、经络、营卫等篇章中,未能有系统、深刻总结。文章以“脑髓-脏腑-经络-营卫”为主线,立足脑髓为一身之统领,简述脑髓居高而主司认知、情志、运动、感知觉等中枢系统功能;同时提出脑髓神机功能发挥是以脏腑协调为核心、经络通畅为保障、营卫通调为根本,总结了《黄帝内经》对周围神经和自主神经系统的表述。期待通过系统梳理,能加深人们对《黄帝内经》对有关神经系统解剖和功能的认识,更好地继承和发展中医及经络等相关理论。
The functions of the nervous system are complex and vast.Huangdi Neijing expresses it mostly in the chapters on the brain marrow,the internal organs,the meridians and collaterals and Yingwei,but failing to systematically and deeply summarize.Based on the main line of“brain marrow-Zang-Fu organs-meridians-Yingwei”,and the brain marrow as the head of the whole body,this article briefly described the brain marrow,which is responsible for the coordination of cognitive,emotional,motor and perceptual functions.At the same time,it is proposed that the functioning of the brain marrow is based on the coordination of internal organs as the core,the smoothness of meridians as the guarantee,and the regulation of Ying and Wei as the root.And on this basis,it summarized the expressions of the peripheral nervous system and autonomic nervous system in Huangdi Neijing.It is expected that this paper can deepen the understanding of Huangdi Neijing on the anatomy and function of the nervous system concerned,and better inherit and develop Chinese medicine and meridians and other related theories.
