摘要
基于《幼幼集成》关于脾胃论治的观点,虞教授传承发展,认为儿童功能性便秘的病因病机围绕着“积”,治疗立足“润”“通”“补”,以达润燥滋阴、健脾补气通便之功,兼顾患儿肺脾肾三焦,常以生津养胃汤为基础方,随症加减,疗效显著。附案例1则,以资验证。
Based on the principles of spleen and stomach treatment in Youyou Jichen g,Professor YU Jian′er inherited and developed the knowledge,considering the etiology and pathogenesis of functional constipation in children in terms of“accumulation”.The treatment is focused on“moistening”,“clearing”and“tonifying”,aiming to nourish Yin,invigorate spleen and facilitate bowel movement.The treatment also considers lung,spleen and kidney of the patients.Shengjin Yangwei Decoction(生津养胃汤)is frequently used as the basic formula,with modifications according to the symptoms.Significant therapeutic effects have been observed,which are illustrated by a case study provided.
