摘要
聚焦尼龙在汽车工业中的应用,阐述尼龙的分类、性能特点及其在汽车工业中的应用,介绍了功能性尼龙(如耐高温尼龙、长碳链尼龙、透明尼龙和尼龙弹性体等)在汽车发动机、燃料系统、内外饰件等部件中的应用。通过增强改性、添加改性剂和复合改性等手段,开发出如玻璃纤维增强尼龙、阻燃尼龙、尼龙丁腈橡胶复合材料等高性能材料,进一步提升了尼龙的力学性能、耐热性和加工性。此外,生物基尼龙材料的出现,为尼龙的可持续发展提供了新方向。未来,尼龙有望凭借其综合性能优势,获得更广泛的应用。
The application of nylon in the automotive industry was focused,the classification and performance characteristics of nylon as well as its applications in the automotive industry were expounded,and the application of functional nylon such as high temperature resistant nylon,long carbon chain nylon,transparent nylon and nylon elastomer in automobile engines,fuel systems,interior and exterior parts were introduced.High-performance materials such as glass fiber reinforced nylon,flame retardant nylon,and nylon nitrile rubber composites were developed by means of reinforcement,modifier addition,and composite modification,which further improved the mechanical properties,heat resistance,and processability of nylon.In addition,the emergence of biobased nylon materials provides a new direction for the sustainable development of nylon.In the future,nylon is expected to be more widely used by virtue of its comprehensive performance advantages.
