摘要
本文聚焦数字化技术在高职体育课堂教学中的应用,通过分析其技术赋能优势、实施原则、应用现状及现存问题,提出系统性优化策略。研究指出,数字化技术通过资源整合、智能监测、个性化教学等手段重构体育教学模式,但面临一些挑战。建议从政策支持、技术融合、教师培训、评价体系四个维度推进改革,进而实现高职体育教育的高质量发展。
This article focuses on the application of digital technology in vocational physical education classroom teaching.By analyzing its technological empowerment advantages,implementation principles,application status,and existing problems,a systematic optimization strategy is proposed.Research has pointed out that digital technology reconstructs physical education teaching models through resource integration,intelligent monitoring,personalized teaching,and other means,but faces some challenges.It is suggested to promote reforms from four dimensions:policy support,technological integration,teacher training,and evaluation system,in order to achieve high-quality development of vocational physical education.
