白象山超细尾砂制备充填材料试验研究

摘要 为探究白象山超细尾砂制备胶结充填材料的可行性,在材料物化性能分析的基础上,开展了充填体强度和充填料浆流动性试验,并利用XRD和SEM分析了固化机理。结果表明:白象山全尾砂属于低硫低硅型铁尾砂,且为超细粒尾砂,级配不良。相比脱硫石膏,流态胶凝材料中采用硬石膏明显提升了充填体试样的各龄期强度。当尾矿浆浓度为55%,灰砂比为1∶6,流态胶凝材料为BX6时,充填体试样3,7,28d抗压强度分别为0.55,1.32,2.42 MPa,流动度为123 mm,均能满足白象山矿的充填要求。物相组成及微观形貌分析表明,充填体试样主要由石英、钙矾石以及C—A—H凝胶构成。水化产物相互交织和填充,有效包裹全尾砂中的细小颗粒,有利于提高材料的致密度和力学性能。相比通用水泥等固态胶凝材料,开发出的流态胶凝材料具有高效能和低成本的特点,具有良好的经济效益和环保效益,可为超细全尾砂在铁矿山充填应用提供数据支撑和理论指导。 In order to explore the feasibility of preparing cemented filling materials with Baixiangshan ultrafine tailings,based on the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of the materials,the strength of the filling body and the fluidity of the filling slurry were tested,and the curing mechanism was analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results show that the whole tailings of Baixiangshan belongs to low-sulfur and low-silicon iron tailings,which are ultra fine tailings with poor gradation.Compared with desulfurization gypsum,the use of anhydrite in the fluid cementitious material significantly improves the strength of the filling body sample at each age.When the concentration of tailings slurry is 55%,the cement-sand ratio is 1:6,and the flow gelling material is BX6,the compressive strength of the filling body sample at 3,7 and 28 d is 0.55,1.32 and 2.42 MPa,respectively,and the fluidity is 123 mm,which can meet the filling requirements of Baixiangshan Mine.The phase composition and microstructure analysis show that the filling body sample is mainly composed of quartz,ettringite and C-A-H gel.The hydration products are interwoven and filled with each other,effectively wrapping the fine particles in the whole tailings,which is beneficial to improve the density and mechanical properties of the material.Compared with solid cementitious materials such as general cement,the developed fluid cementitious material has the characteristics of high efficiency and low cost,and has good economic and environmental benefits,which can provide data support and theoretical guidance for the application of ultra fine total tailings in iron mine filling.
