六维矿山建设演变历程

摘要 矿业作为国民经济的重要支柱产业,是国家安全与核心竞争力的战略保障。随着中国式现代化进程的推进,传统矿山发展模式已难以满足高质量发展需求。中钢矿业基于17 a的实践探索,提出“六维矿山建设”理念,统筹本质安全、环境和谐、资源节约、智慧运营、效益可观、社会认同六个维度,构建了中国式现代化新型矿山发展模式。六维矿山的演变历程分为起步、探索和实践3个阶段。起步阶段以机械化作业为主,提升了生产效率,但仍存在资源利用率低、环境污染等问题。探索阶段通过技术创新和政策引导,逐步形成本质安全、环境和谐与资源节约的发展模式,绿色矿山和智能矿山建设取得显著进展。实践阶段中,中钢矿业通过科技兴安、生态修复、资源高效利用和智慧化改造等措施,实现了安全生产、绿色发展与社会认同的协同推进。六维矿山建设是中国式现代化矿山建设的重要实践和创新成果,是未来发展方向。它不仅为中国矿产资源开发利用提供了新的思路和模式,也为中国式现代化矿山建设提供了有益的经验和借鉴。未来,六维矿山建设将深化技术创新与智能化应用,推动矿业向绿色、高效、可持续方向发展。然而,仍面临智慧化水平不均衡、资源环境矛盾突出、社会认同度不足等挑战。为此,需加强产学研合作、完善生态修复机制、强化安全管理,并提升政策支持力度。六维矿山建设为矿业高质量发展提供了新路径,对实现“双碳”目标和经济社会可持续发展具有重要意义。 As an important pillar industry of the national economy,mining is the strategic guarantee of national security and core competitiveness.With the advancement of Chinese style modernization,the traditional mine development model has been difficult to meet the needs of high quality development.Based on 17 years of practice and exploration,China Iron and Steel Mining has put forward the concept of"Six Dimensional Mine Construction",coordinated the six dimensions of intrinsic safety,environmental harmony,resource conservation,intelligent operation,considerable benefits and social identity,and constructed a new development model of Chinese style modern mines.The evolution process of six dimensional mine is divided into three stages:starting,exploration and practice.In the initial stage,mechanized operations are mainly used to improve production efficiency,but there are still problems such as low resource utilization and environmental pollution.In the exploration stage,through technological innovation and policy guidance,a development model of intrinsic safety,environmental harmony and resource conservation has been gradually formed,and remarkable progress has been made in the construction of green mines and intelligent mines.In the practice stage,Sinosteel Mining has realized the coordinated promotion of safe production,green development and social identity through measures such as science and technology,ecological restoration,efficient utilization of resources and intelligent transformation.Six dimensional mine construction is an important practice and innovation achievement of Chinese modern mine construction,and it is the future development direction.It not only provides new ideas and models for the development and utilization of mineral resources in China,but also provides useful experience and reference for the construction of Chinese style modern mines.In the future,the construction of six dimensional mines will deepen technological innovation and intelligent application,and promote the development of mining industry in a green,efficient and sustainable direction.However,it still faces challenges such as unbalanced level of intelligence,prominent contradiction between resources and environment,and insufficient social recognition.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen industry-university-research cooperation,improve ecological restoration mechanism,strengthen safety management,and enhance policy support.The construction of six dimensional mines provides a new path for the high quality development of mining industry,which is of great significance for realizing the goal of"double carbon"and sustainable economic and social development.

作者简介 湛景震(1991-),男,工程师,硕士,100080北京市海淀区;通信作者:连民杰(1962-),男,正高级工程师,博士,博士研究生导师,100080北京市海淀区。曾任国资委直属企业邯邢冶金矿山管理局副局长,中钢集团总经理助理,中钢矿业开发有限公司董事长、总经理、党委书记,中钢集团首席科学家。荣获“庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年”纪念章(2019059080),1997年开始享受“国务院政府特殊津贴”,2007年开始任历届“国家安全生产专家”,2008年开始担任中国冶金科技进步奖矿山地质组召集人及大评委。多次担任国家科技进步奖、国家发明奖、国家重点攻关项目等国家级奖项和科研攻关项目的评委,北京市高级职称评委。两次担任国家重点研发项目负责人。曾获第六届中国青年科技创新优秀奖(1997年)、中国钢铁工业协会优秀科技工作者(2017年)、第三届“做出突出贡献的工程硕士学位获得者(2018年)”等荣誉、中国安全生产协会安全科技突出贡献奖(2023年)、中国职业安全健康协会非煤矿山专家组副组长等荣誉。已出版专著书籍7部,参加编写著作5部,拥有国家授权专利17项,发表科技论文150余篇,获各种科技进步奖40多项(其中国家科学技术进步二等奖1项,排名第1),已培养博士研究生、硕士研究生30多名。
