煤化工企业污水处理VOCs污染特征及环境影响

摘要 以A煤化工企业为例,对煤化工企业污水处理VOCs污染特征及环境影响进行了研究。研究发现,A企业大气环境中主要VOCs有甲基环戊烷、甲硫醚和1,1,2,2四氯乙烷等,污水中主要VOCs成分有甲基环戊烷、甲苯和三氯乙烯等。臭氧生成潜势主要因素有甲基环戊烷、甲烷和异戊二烯等,SOA生成潜势主要因素有壬烷、正葵烷和十二烷等。A企业在治理污水VOCs污染时,应将这些VOCs成分作为治理重点,以进一步减少煤化工污水排放量,确保达到重点污染物排放总量控制指标要求。 The pollution characteristics and environmental impacts of VOCs in wastewater treatment of coal chemical enterprises were studied by taking coal chemical enterprise A as an example.It was found that the main VOCs in the atmospheric environment of enterprise A were methyl cyclopentane,methyl sulfide and 1,1,2,2 tetrachloroethane,etc.,and the main VOCs components in the wastewater were methyl cyclopentane,toluene and trichloroethylene.The main factors of ozone generation potential are methyl cyclopentane,methane and isoprene,etc.,and the main factors of SOA generation potential are nonane,n-octane and dodecane,etc.Enterprise A should take these VOCs components as the focus of the treatment when treating the pollution of sewage VOCs to further reduce the amount of coal chemical wastewater discharged and to ensure that the requirements of the total key pollutant emission control index are met.
