摘要
介绍了RBI技术的分析方法,并在工艺分析和定性RBI的基础上,对某化工厂醋酸酯类生产装置的酯化反应器进行风险评估分析,包括工艺危害性、主要腐蚀介质、腐蚀形态和定量风险计算。通过定量RBI分析结果,识别出该装置酯化反应器的主要腐蚀损伤模式和腐蚀机理为有机酸酸性腐蚀和钛材选择性腐蚀,并制定了优化的检验策略,为装置定期检验和日常生产管理提供了科学的决策支持。最后,对评价结果进行总结,得出用RBI技术对酯化反应器进行风险评估,可以为预防重特大安全事故提供重要参考的结论。
This paper has introduced the analysis method of RBI technology,and on the basis of process analysis and qualitative RBI,risk assessment and analysis on the esterification reactor of the acetate production unit of a chemical plant are carried out,including process harmfulness,main corrosive medium,corrosion form and quantitative risk calculation.Through quantitative RBI analysis results,the main corrosion damage pattern and corrosion mechanism of the esterification reactor are identified as organic acid corrosion and titanium selective corrosion,and an optimized inspection strategy is developed,which provides scientific decision support for regular inspection and daily production management of the unit.Finally,the evaluation results are summarized,and it is concluded that risk assessment of esterification reactors with RBI technology could provide an important reference for the prevention of serious and serious safety accidents.
