摘要
现代化在不同的国家和区域中,因其历史背景、经济基础、文化传统及社会结构的差异,而呈现出不同的本质内涵与外在表现。中国式现代化在全球现代化发展的宏观背景中,不仅批判地继承了世界现代化发展的宝贵经验,又立足自身国情,将普遍发展原则与独特实践路径紧密结合,走出了一条独具特色的发展道路。在比较视野下,中国式现代化是以人民为中心的现代化、全体人民共同富裕的现代化、物质文明与精神文明相协调的现代化、走和平发展道路的现代化。其在现代化理论创新和现代化实践探索的双重维度上,实现了对西方以资本为中心的现代化、两极分化的现代化、物质主义膨胀的现代化、对外扩张掠夺的现代化的全面超越。基于此,要实现全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略目标,必须深刻认识中国式现代化的本质内涵,牢牢把握其重要特征,并系统遵循在主体、样态、布局、价值旨归和文明创造五方面的方法论要求,进而科学规避西方国家现代化的种种陷阱,坚决防止现代化事业走偏方向,确保中国式现代化道路的科学性、稳定性和可持续性。
Modernization has different connotations and manifestations in different countries and regions,depending on their historical backgrounds,economic foundations,cultural traditions and social structures.In the macro-background of global modernization development,Chinese modernization not only critically inherited the valuable experience of world modernization development,but also closely combined the universal development principle with the unique practice path based on China’s national conditions to create a unique development path.From a comparative perspective,Chinese modernization is a people-oriented modernization,a modernization of common prosperity,a modernization of coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization,and a modernization of peaceful development.In the dual dimensions of modernization theory innovation and modernization practice exploration,Chinese modernization has realized a comprehensive transcendence of the Western capital-centered modernization,bipolar modernization,materialistic expansion modernization,and modernization of foreign expansion and plunder.Based on this,in order to achieve the strategic goal of building a modern socialist country in all respects,we must have a deep understanding of the essence of Chinese modernization,firmly grasp its important characteristics,and systematically follow the methodological requirements in the five aspects of subject,pattern,layout,value purpose and civilization creation.Furthermore,we should avoid various traps of the Western countries’modernization scientifically,resolutely prevent the modernization cause from going astray,and ensure the scientificity,stability and long-term sustainability of Chinese modernization.
