政治话语的民族艺术转译——以中央访问团文艺演出实践为例

摘要文艺表演是传播国家话语的重要方式。中华人民共和国成立初期,中央访问团的文艺演出在民族团结中发挥了不可估量的作用。文艺工作者跟随访问团深入民族地区,通过编排音乐舞蹈节目,采集、整理及加工创作少数民族文艺作品,广泛宣传民族政策。他们采用“化旧为新”的方法,将政治内涵注入民族艺术形式,实现了政治话语的民族艺术转译,并推动民族艺术符号的重构与升华。实践证明,音乐舞蹈艺术是一种能够跨越文化差异的通用语言。这种以艺术为载体、以情感为纽带的工作方式,不仅推动了民族政策从文本到实践的转化,更促成了政治话语与民间文化的深度融合,对增强边疆各族人民的国家认同、促进民族团结具有重要作用。 Artistic performance is an important means of disseminating a national discourse.During the early years of the People s Republic of China,the artistic performances of the ethnic visiting delegation sent by the Central Government played a crucial role in fostering our ethnic unity.Cultural workers in the delegation came to the ethnic minority regions,and popularized the ethnic policies through the creation of music and dance programs as well as the collection,refinement and creative adaptation of ethnic minority literary and artistic works.Adopting the method of“transforming the old into the new”,they infused the proper political content into the works of ethnic art,and promoted the translation of the political discourse through ethnic art,which promoted the reconstruction and advancement of the symbols of ethnic art.The relevant practice has shown that the art of music and dance is a universal language that can transcend cultural differences.This work approach based on art as the carrier and emotion as the link has not only transformed the ethnic policies from text to practice,but also facilitated the deep integration of the political discourse with the folk culture,which has significantly contributed to enhancing the national identity among the ethnic groups of the border regions and advancing the ethnic unity.
