微波对人及小鼠的正常与恶性细胞系杀伤作用的初步观察

摘要 用WB-S-1型实验动物微波杀生器发生的微波,照射人体食管癌ECa-109等7种细胞系,发现杀伤这些细胞系的能量为14kW下照射1~1.2秒。照后胞浆内出现空泡化,继之核内亦有空泡出现,最后细胞边界不清,核结构模糊以至碎裂。这种细胞不再具有增殖能力,并导致其死亡。 Several human and raurine malignant cell lines,including human esophageaf cancer cell line ECa-109,HeLa cells,human uterus cancer cell line 801,murine teratocarcinoma cell line F9,murine melanoma cells B16,human normal diploid fetal lung cells and human amniotic cells,were exposured to microwave from a microwave animal-killing apparatus WB-S-1 of 915±30MHz.It was found that the killing dosages for all above-mentioned cell lines were nearly the same,being 14kW×1-1.2 sees and designated as critical lethality threshold.Vacuoles in cytoplasm were the early change noticed after microwave irradiation,,and followed by vacuoles in nucleus.As the microwave power was further increased,the outline of cells became indistinct,nucleus structures were vague,nuclear membranes were damaged and finally the nucleus broke down.Having such changes,the cells lost the proliferating ability and finally died as confirmed with colony-forming test.
