摘要
目的探讨甘草泻心汤加减治疗寒热错杂型复发性口腔溃疡患儿的临床效果。方法选取2021年12月至2024年12月于泰安市中医医院确诊为复发性口腔溃疡(寒热错杂型)的患儿60例,经随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用甘草泻心汤加减,比较两组临床疗效、症状控制情况、口腔菌群数量及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),相比对照组的70.00%(21/30)更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组症状(溃疡色淡红、隐痛、反复发作、口苦口渴与乏力)评分比对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组口腔菌群(韦荣球菌与链球菌)数量比对照组更多(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘草泻心汤加减治疗寒热错杂型复发性口腔溃疡患儿的临床效果较好,能够加快症状缓解,调节口腔菌群。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of children diagnosed with recurrent oral ulcers due to intermingled cold and heat.Methods A total of 60 children with recurrent oral ulcers(intermingled cold and heat)in Taian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom control,quantity of oral flora and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 70.00%(21/30)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the observation group(pale red ulcer color,dull pain,recurrent attacks,bitter mouth and thirst,and fatigue)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of oral flora(Veillonella and Streptococcus)in the observation group was more than that in the control group(P<O.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Gancao Xiexin Decoction has a better clinical effect in treating children with recurrent oral ulcers due to intermingled cold and heat,which can accelerate symptom relief and regulate the oral flora.
