晚期不可切除胰腺癌预后影响因素分析

摘要 目的:分析晚期不可切除胰腺癌预后的影响因素。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院2018年1月至2023年2月收治的310例晚期不可切除胰腺癌患者,均予以化疗和定期随访。将肿瘤性死亡作为观察终点,采用Cox回归分析预后影响因素。结果:未/低分化、降钙素原(PCT)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)、癌胚抗原(CEA)均是不可切除胰腺癌生存的危险因素,HR(95%CI)分别为1.356(1.124~1.878)、2.273(1.354~2.965)、1.397(1.149~2.015)、1.635(1.286~2.973)。结论:未/低分化、PCT、NLR、CEA是晚期不可切除胰腺癌生存预后的危险因素。 To analyze the influencing factors for prognosis of advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer.Methods:A total of 310 patients with advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to February 2023 were selected,and all received chemotherapy and regular following-up.Tumor death was taken as the observation endpoint,and the influencing factors was analyzed using Cox regression.Results:Undifferentiation and poorly differentiation,procalcitonin(PCT),neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)were risk factors of survival,and HR(95%CI)was 1.356(1.124-1.878),2.273(1.354-2.965),1.397(1.149-2.015),1.635(1.286-2.973),respectively.Conclusion:Undifferentiation and poorly differentiation,PCT,NLR,and CEA are risk factors for survival of advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer.
