摘要
目的:探讨超早期内镜下止血联合生长抑素在急性上消化道出血中的治疗效果。方法:回顾性选取2021年5月—2024年10月景德镇市第一人民医院收治的104例急性上消化道出血患者,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组与试验组,各52例。对照组接受生长抑素治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上接受超早期内镜下止血治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、胃肠功能、血液指标及再出血情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组血红蛋白和血小板计数高于对照组,胃肠功能障碍评分及再出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超早期内镜下止血和生长抑素可以提高急性上消化道患者的治疗效果,改善胃肠功能,提高血红蛋白和血小板计数,并减少再出血率。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of ultra-early endoscopic hemostasis combined with Somatostatin in acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 104 patients diagnosed with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage admitted to the First People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from May 2021 to October 2024.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,each consisting of 52 individuals.The control group received only Somatostatin therapy,while the experimental group was treated with ultra-early endoscopic hemostasis on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal function,blood indicators and rebleeding conditions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin and platelet counts in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the gastrointestinal dysfunction score and rebleeding rate were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of ultra-early endoscopic hemostasis and Somatostatin significantly enhances therapeutic efficacy in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.This approach not only improves gastrointestinal function but also increases hemoglobin and platelet levels,while effectively reducing the incidence of rebleeding.
