摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和科技的不断进步,土地资源管理领域面临着日益复杂的挑战和变革,社会对创新型人才的需求愈发迫切。在新文科背景下,土地资源管理专业的创新创业教育改革成为时代赋予的重要使命。探究新文科背景下创新创业教育的意义,分析专业教育现存问题,并从师资激励、产教融合、优化课程体系、注重跨学科培养、提升实践能力、融入多元培养方式及整合创新资源等方面阐述改革举措,旨在培养符合社会需求的创新型人才,推动土地资源管理专业创新创业教育改革向纵深发展。
With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,the field of land resource management is facing increasingly complex challenges and changes,and the demand for innovative talents is becoming more and more urgent.Under the background of new liberal arts,the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of land resource management major has become an important mission entrusted by the Times.This paper explores the significance of the innovative entrepreneurship education under the background of new arts,analyzes the existing problems of professional education,and elaborates on reform measures from the teachers incentive,teaching fusion,optimizing of the curriculum system,paying attention to interdisciplinary training,improving practice ability,integrating diverse training mode and innovation resources,and aims to cultivate innovative talents that meet the needs of society,promote the further development of land resource management professional innovation entrepreneurship education reform.
