锌、硒微肥对‘黄金芽’茶树生长、锌硒积累及品质成分的影响

Effects of Zinc and Selenium Micro-fertilizers on Growth,Zinc and Selenium Accumulation,and Quality Components of‘Huangjinya’Tea(Camellia sinensis)

摘要 茶树的生长发育及茶叶品质决定了茶树的经济效益。在生产中科学合理施用锌肥和硒肥,不仅有助于提高茶叶的产量和品质,还能提高茶叶的营养价值。为了解茶树施用锌肥和硒肥后对其生长发育、茶叶品质及锌、硒含量的影响及变化,本研究以五年生茶树品种‘黄金芽’为试验材料,设置不施肥(CK)、单施化肥(CF)和化肥配施锌肥和硒肥(CF+Zn+Se)3种施肥处理,测定不同处理的百芽重、抗氧化酶活性、茶氨酸等指标。结果表明:CF+Zn+Se处理下,茶叶锌和硒的含量均显著增加,较CK增加均超过25%;茶叶百芽重、咖啡碱、儿茶素和茶氨酸含量较CK均有不同程度的提升,同时茶叶抗氧化酶活性较CK也有显著提高。结果说明化肥配施锌肥和硒肥可以提高‘黄金芽’茶树锌、硒含量,促进茶树生长发育,提升茶叶品质。 The growth performance and tea quality attributes significantly influence the economic returns of tea plantations.Rational application of zinc(Zn)and selenium(Se)fertilizers can effectively enhance tea yield,improve quality and elevate nutritional value.This study evaluated the effects of applying Zn and Se fertilizers on the growth performance,leaf quality parameters,antioxidant enzyme activities,and accumulation of Zn and Se in the five-yearold tea cultivar‘Huangjinya’.Three fertilization treatments were set up:(1)no fertilizer application(CK);(2)chemical fertilizer only(CF);and(3)chemical fertilizer combined with zinc and selenium fertilizers(CF+Zn+Se).The results showed that tea leaves from CF+Zn+Se treatment exhibited significantly higher Zn and Se concentrations(>25%)compared to CK.Additionally,CF+Zn+Se treatment improved the weight of one hundred buds,caffeine,catechin,and theanine contents to varying degrees and significantly,enhanced antioxidant enzyme activities(SOD,POD,CAT)relative to CK.These findings suggest that the combined application of Zn and Se fertilizers not only enhances the zinc and selenium accumulation but also promotes growth and development,consequently improving overall tea quality of‘Huangjinya’.
