2013-2022年黄淮海地区小麦品种利用与系谱分析

Utilization and Genealogy Analysis of Wheat Varieties in the Huang-Huai-Hai Region from 2013 to 2022

摘要 为了探究黄淮海地区小麦品种的利用情况,对2013—2022年黄淮海地区的各省(市)小麦产量、国家推介主导品种(2005—2016)和国家审定品种进行归纳与亲本溯源分析。结果表明:河南、山东、安徽和河北的小麦产量和单产水平较高,是小麦生产优势地区。豫麦2号、鲁麦13号、陕82-29和鲁麦14对黄淮海麦区35个主导品种的细胞核遗传贡献值均超过了1.5000。在黄淮南片麦区国审品种的选育中,周麦16、周麦22和百农AK58的直接衍生品种超过了50个;在黄淮北片麦区,良星99和泰农18的直接衍生品种分别有8和12个;济麦22衍生了23、27、4个子一代品种分别适宜在黄淮南片、北片、旱地种植,广适性好。对选育亲本溯源分析发现,黄淮南片品种多拥有周8425B和豫麦2号的血缘,黄淮北片品种多拥有鲁麦14的血缘,品种遗传较为系统。主导品种与审定品种之间关联密切,周8425B、豫麦2号和鲁麦14及其衍生品种周麦16、周麦22、百农AK58和济麦22均对小麦生产和品种培育具有重要的应用及研究价值。 In order to explore the utilization of wheat varieties in the Huang-Huai-Hai region,a summary and parent tracing analysis were conducted on the wheat yield,nationally recommended dominant varieties(2005—2016),and nationally approved varieties of each province(city)in this region from 2013 to 2022.The results indicated that Henan,Shandong,Anhui,and Hebei had relatively high wheat yield and yield levels pre unit area,making them advantageous regions for wheat production.The nuclear genetic contribution value of Yumai 2,Lumai 13,Shaan 82-29,and Lumai 14 to 35 dominant wheat varieties in the Huang-Huai-Hai region all exceeded 1.5000.In the breeding of nationally approved wheat varieties in the southern Huang-Huai region,there were over 50 directly derived varieties of Zhoumai 16,Zhoumai 22,and Bainong AK58.In the wheat areas of the northern Huang-Huai region,there were 8 and 12 directly derived varieties of Liangxing 99 and Tainong 18,respectively.Jimai 22 had derived 23,27,and 4 offspring varieties with good adaptability suitable for planting in the southern,northern,and arid areas of the Huang-Huai region,respectively.Through tracing analysis of the breeding parents,it was found that the southern varieties in the Huang-Huai region mostly have the blood relationship of Zhou 8425B and Yumai 2,while the northern varieties in the Huang-Huai region mostly have the blood relationship of Lumai 14,indicating a relatively systematic genetic system.The main varieties areclosely related to the approved varieties.Zhou 8425B,Yumai 2,and Lumai 14,as well as their derivative va rieties Zhoumai 16,Zhoumai 22,Bainong AK58,and Jimai 22,all have important application and research value for wheat production and variety cultivation.
